Grant Awards

Grant awards to individual scouts or to a group of scouts at a time. Quick easy and super fast.

When you grant an award to a scout, you're saying that he or she has earned it. You can grant awards to individual scouts or to a group of scouts at a time. Only leaders and awards coordinators are able to grant awards to scouts. If you aren't assigned on of these roles you'll need to get some help.

Granting an award

To grant an award to an individual scout, open the scout, click the Earned Awards tab and click the Grant Award button.

To grant an award to a group of scouts open the den or patrol, click Quick Entry and then click the Grant Award button.

The grant award dialog will open allowing you to search/pick an award, then the date. Select the scouts who earned the award and click save. If you opened the dialog from the individual scout path, just click save.

While you can only grant one award at a time, the dialog will remain open allowing you to grant multiple awards very quickly.
